DeGette on HHS Decision Not to Expand Religious Exemption for Birth Control

Rep. Diana DeGette applauded the HHS ruling today that will ensure access to affordable birth control. Diana said, “I am pleased with President Obama’s decision and his affirmation that access to contraception is a key component of health care. Women’s decisions on family planning should be their own, in consultation with their family and their doctor. One of the signature achievements of the Affordable Care Act was to increase access to health care for women.”
